Parul Uppal, young blood but with high entrepreneurial spirit and aspirations is an apt path bearer for many ambitious dreamers. She has done her Masters in Broadcast Journalism & English Literature and has been a former News Presenter on Indian Television Channels. With her experience in Journalism, she has an eye for identifying untapped Learning needs of Modest Income Households that lead her to be part of the culture of learning that drives results and shapes the future. Creating solutions that maximize creativity, engagement, and the development of learning is the main vision of Parul Uppal. She believes that a culture of curiosity and learning fosters the best in children that’s why Inkclick is a NON-Subscription Learning Platform so that learning can never be stopped. She also believes that everyone has an equal right to have an education irrespective of class, region, and economic standards, keeping it in mind learning here is democratized in every region of the world with cost-effectiveness. Along with this network access, the motive is to provide an online Marketplace for Students to build, optimize, and measure a best-in-class learning program to pursue learning goals.
Ankit Sanan, Co-Founder of Inkclick is an Electronics Engineer & Professional Aviator. His experience in Aviation helped him to understand the need for Global Learning from users of various Countries. His vision is to create a Social Network for Students, Parents & Mentors to measure and review the progress that transpired in every quarter of learning. To be updated with today’s unending evolving world is a necessity for everyone, hence, to educate users from all walks of life on advancements in Education & Careers and allow young users to identify & hone their strengths while growing is our main objective. Unfortunately, in our education system and culture, unrealistic expectations and unnecessary pressure are thrusted upon children which they sometimes succumb to, so Inkclick is committed to support and guide parents and mentors to help children grow and learn at their own convenience. Our easy-to-use platform is built to ensure seamless learning and inspiring discovery through creativity.
Sanjay Uppal is the Founder and CEO of two Singapore-based Fintech firms StraitsBridge & Finbots. He brings 25 years experience in financial services and served in leadership and board positions at leading global and regional banks. Recognised among the leading Indian entrepreneurs in Singapore by the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Sanjay’s career includes his roles as Group CFO, Emirates NBD (UAE), Group CFO, Hong Leong Bank (Malaysia), CFO Standard Chartered Bank, Taiwan, Philippines, and UAE, and Global Head of Strategy – Wealth Management Standard Chartered Sanjay is a MBA from IIM, Bangalore, a Master’s Physics & BE Electrical from BITS Pilani. He also completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Programme from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Usha Ram started her career as an English Language Teacher at Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan and soon rose to the level of an Academic Supervisor, Vice Principal and then Principal of various schools. Her contributions were well rewarded when she was offered the position of Honorary Chairperson at the National Progressive Schools Conference and is a member of the governing body of C.B.S.E with whom she has been associated for the past 32 years as paper setter, moderator, Head of Marking, sports Committee member, curriculum planner for both the C.B.S.E and NOS. Her efforts in education for diverse groups and national integration provided opportunity to many students across the nation for which she has been decorated with many awards both within India and abroad including United Nations, Indo-Russian Centre, and UNICEF. She has been a prolific author of many educational books covering children with special needs, quest for Knowledge, English books published by M/s Macmillan and V.H Collins. Her quest for learning is unsatiable wherein she has attended or jointly conducted various programs at Harvard School of Education, British Council in Bath, UK been a Cluster Head of United Kingdom India Education Research Initiative, (UKIERI) and even held summits in Tokyo, Japan. Dr. Usha Ram is a Founder Trustee of Special Olympics International (Bharat) where her Initiatives have been taken to enhance the sports ability among the differently abled children both at National and International levels, Chairperson & Founding Trustee – Abhivridhi Foundation, associate director, and advisor member for various schools across the nation.
Dr. Gagan Gupta, Associate Professor in Physics in the Department of Education in Science and Mathematics, National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi, was born on March 08, 1965. Dr. Gupta completed his M.Sc. (1985), M.Phil. (1987), and Ph.D. (1992) from the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Dr. Gupta has served as faculty member in several institutions including the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and Mesra, Ranchi. He has published several research articles and monographs, and has also participated in several national and international conferences in India and abroad. His research work lies in the area of Development of new lasers and applications of lasers in underwater acoustics. He has developed several new undergraduate experiments in physics and material science. An experimentalist in children assessment procedures, Dr. Gupta is presently involved in curriculum development, textbook development and science popularization programmes of the NCERT. He has coordinated and authored the development of various textbooks in science and physics in Hindi and English versions. Dr. Gupta has also been associated with various national and international bodies for academic endeavours.
